Cancellation Policy
Clear cancellation tiers, refunds and changes - part of our Terms & Conditions.
At a glance
- Deposit: 25% to confirm; balance 15 days before departure.
- Cancellation windows: 10% (30+ days) → 25% (15–29) → 50% (7–14) → 75% (3–6) → 100% (<48 hrs).
- Supplier pass-through: Where a supplier's charge is lower, you pay the lower amount.
- Refunds: 7–15 working days to original payment method.
Cancelling a confirmed booking
If you cancel or change a confirmed booking, charges apply based on how many days before the trip's start date you tell us in writing (email or WhatsApp, acknowledged by us):

| 15–29 days before start | 25% of the trip value |
| 7–14 days before start | 50% of the trip value |
| 3–6 days before start | 75% of the trip value |
| Less than 48 hours or no-show | 100% of the trip value |
Where a supplier (hotel, transport, permit authority) applies its own cancellation policy, the lower of their charge and ours applies to you.
Changing your trip
Date, party-size, room and destination changes are handled case by case and may incur reasonable rebooking or supplier charges. If a change isn't possible, we'll tell you the alternatives, including cancellation if you prefer.
If we cancel
If we cancel a confirmed trip for reasons within our control, you get a full refund of amounts paid, or a suitable alternative trip with your consent.
For events outside our control (severe weather, strikes, government restrictions - see force majeure in Terms), we help you rebook or move dates; refunds follow what suppliers refund us, passed on in line with their terms.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 working days of approval, to the original payment method where possible.
Cancellation must be communicated in writing to info@archutravels.com or WhatsApp +91 91962 95190 and acknowledged by us.
