1. Tell us your idea
Send us a message on WhatsApp or fill in the short trip brief on our Plan page. You do not need a fixed itinerary, 'a calm 4-day pilgrimage in October' is a perfect starting point. We reply within 24 hours on working days (Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST).
2. We send a tailored proposal
Within a few working days you receive a day-by-day plan with hotels, transfers, inclusions, exclusions and a clear 'from' price with its basis, per person, sharing basis, and what is excluded. Prices are confirmed before you pay anything.
3. You confirm, we book
A 25% deposit confirms your trip and starts the bookings. We handle temple darshan slots, permits, hotels and vehicles, then share your final itinerary with everything you need to know.
4. Balance and pre-departure reminders
The balance is due 15 days before departure. From there you receive practical reminders on WhatsApp, weather expectations, what to carry, and what time to be where.
5. If plans change
Cancellations are graded fairly: the closer to departure, the higher the charge, between 10% and 100% depending on timing. The full policy is written in plain language and shown to you before you pay, never buried in fine print.
